Thank you for choosing to request reservations at our wonderful Anthurium vacation home. We’ll contact you within 48 hours.
Booking information
Full amount for your accommdations is due 30 days prior to your arrival. We will soon accept Credit Card. Paypal welcome.
Full amount of the stay is paid in advance. Payments can be made by money order, casheirs check or personal checks. Personal checks must be received within 10 days after confirmation.
There's also a cleaning fee but for one night stays only:
1 bedroom = $50 cleaning fee
2 bedrooms = 75 cleaning fee
3 bedrooms = $100 cleaning fee
Cancellations made:
30+days prior to arrival date will receive a refund less a 15% cancellation fee. 15-29 days prior to arrival date will receive a 50% refund. 7-14 days prior to your arrival date will receive a 25% refund. Cancellations received less than one week to arrival date will forfeit payment.
No refunds or cancellations accepted during the following blackout periods: February 12-16, Easter weekend-April30, July 1-7, and the 3rd weekend of July, November 23-30, December 15-January 2.
There is a minimum 3 nights booking requirement during all major holidays including but not limited to Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving, July 4, and pertinent to Hawaii Island, the Merrie Monarch Festival.
