Booking information:

Credit card on file to hold reservation. 

No advance payment/deposit required.  Payment is due upon arrival.

No cleaning fee with 2 night minimum stay.*

Payment is due upon arrival, preferably via check, traveler's check, or cash, but credit card payment is possible if necessary ( Visa/Mc/Amex).  

Cancellation Period: 14 days for reservations of 1-3 days, 30 days for reservations of 4 days or longer.  Prices subject to season variations and change.  

*Cleaning fee for SINGLE NIGHT STAYS: 
1 bedroom   = $ 40 cleaning fee
2 bedrooms = $ 60 cleaning fee
3 bedrooms = $ 75 cleaning fee

Cancellations:

Reservations of 1-3 days have a 14 day cancellation period. 

Reservations of 4 - 7 days have a 30 day cancellation period. 

If you cancel at last 14/30 days in  advance as applicable there is no charge of any kind and no cancellation fee.  If you cancel less than 14/30 days in advance you are responsible for the full amount of your stay at the time of making the reservation.  However, we will credit you back any days that we can rebook to someone else.  If you have reasons to believe in advance that there is a possibility you might need to cancel your trip last minute we advise you to make travel insurance.

No cancellations accepted during the following blackout periods: February 12-16, Easter weekend-April30, July 1-7, and the 3rd weekend of July, November 23-30, December 15-January 2.

There is a minimum 3-day booking requirement during all major holidays including but not limited to Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving, July 4, and pertinent to Hawaii Island, the Merrie Monarch Festival.
